Just follow the six easy steps below for a smooth and delicious raspberry-yogurt smoothie. Aim well:

  1. In a bowl with water and a drop of bleach or vegetable disinfectant, soak the raspberries and drain well. As these fruits come in tubs, being so fragile, it is necessary to wash them before using them in a recipe or consuming them directly.
  2. Put the raspberries in a blender-safe bowl. Add the milk and blend until smooth.
