These assorted puff pastry Saladitos are perfect to serve as an aperitif at any party, at Christmas meals that are by the way around the corner, at birthdays, meetings … the truth is that they are perfect for any occasion.
They are very easy to prepare since you only need a sheet of puff pastry and a few fillings of what you like the most and in just under half an hour you have them ready to take them to your mouth. And as we all know, homemade dishes are much richer than any that can be bought that have been made and packaged for a long time.
I have added 4 different fillings to these homemade saladitos , which is richer. So if you want to look great at these parties, I recommend that you keep this recipe safe because as soon as you see how simple they are to prepare, how cheap and how good they are, you will not want to buy another one on the street.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 2 slices of bacon
- 3 slices of cheese to melt
- Sesame
- 2 tablespoons of pepper pate
- 1 tablespoon cheese spread
- 4 tablespoons of Iberian sobrasada
- Grated cheese
- 1 can of anchovies
- 4 olives stuffed with pepper
Assorted puff pastry salads: step by step
1.- The first thing is to preheat the oven to 200º C with heat up and down.
2.- Next, mix the paté with the spread cheese and reserve it.
3.- Now you unroll the puff pastry, you don’t have to stretch it because it rises higher. You take measurements of the width of the sheet and divide it into four parts making some marks to make it easier for you to cut it. You run a pizza cutter or sharp knife over the marks.
4.- In each of the parts into which you have divided the puff pastry, put the filling in the center, leaving the sides free.
5.- Let’s go with the filling. In the first strip you put the very chopped bacon and on top you place the folded slices of cheese.
6.- In the second one, place the paté mixture on top of the puff pastry with the help of two teaspoons. With the next one you do the same operation but with the sobrasada and add a little grated cheese on top.
7.- And the last one you fill with anchovies.
8.- As soon as you have them filled, you paint one of the sides with beaten egg and roll them tightly with the help of your fingers. You place them on a baking tray and sprinkle them with egg on top.
9.- You cut them to the size you like the most, although I recommend that you make them as a bite.
10.- Now it’s time to decorate them. You put half an olive on top of the anchovies, the ones with grated cheese or oregano sobrasada, you don’t put anything on the pate and the bacon a little sesame.
11.- Finally, you put them in the oven and cook them for 15 to 20 minutes until they are golden brown. Let them cool before putting them on the tray that you are going to serve them.
