These Assorted Tuna Paninis are perfect for those days when you come home after a long day at work and don’t feel like cooking but want something rich and tasty. Well, treat yourself to these simple and quick paninis to prepare. You’re sure to hit the spot because kids and not-so-kids will love them.
I also recommend them for when they order pizzas and you don’t have anything at home to prepare them, since homemade paninis are like pizzas but the base is bread. The good thing about this recipe is that you can take advantage of the bread from the day before, you can fill them with whatever you want and the result is always great.
You can even prepare them in advance and freeze them, so you just have to defrost, put them in the oven and you will have the food ready in no time. So put on your apron and follow me to my virtual kitchen. You will not regret it, I assure you.
