Today we are going to cook some tasty baked sausages with potatoes, A dish that you prepare in a jiffy and that will help you in those meals or dinners that you don’t know what to do since you run out of ideas, don’t think that it only happens to you because there are times when my mind stays blank and cook the first thing that comes to mind.
This is a more original recipe for fresh sausages and so that you don’t make them as usual with wine, which by the way are delicious, but this way you can break a bit with the routine and surprise those little people who ask you to innovate a bit in the kitchen room.
I have to confess one thing, my husband ate almost all of what he liked, if I am not careful he leaves us without food I was about to call the recipe by its name. What a barbarian, as they flew it seemed that they had “wings.”
So if you want to prepare some grilled sausages with a few ingredients and for little money, I recommend that you put on your apron and accompany me to my virtual kitchen. Hala, I have a couplet!

Baked sausages with potatoes: step by step
1.- The first thing is to preheat the oven to 180º C with heat up and down.
2.- While it is heating up, you are cutting the potatoes into medium slices so that they are done well. The next thing is to grease the bottom of the baking tray that you are going to use with oil, put the potato slices and the salt and pepper to taste.
3.- You separate the sausages and with the help of a toothpick or a pointed knife, make a few holes so that they do not burst. Once this is done, you place them neatly without touching so that they roast better and do not stick, you also have to put the bay leaf and rosemary.
4.- Now it’s the majado’s turn. Put the sliced garlic in a mortar and tap it so that they do not jump when you crush them and release all the juice. Add the parsley, salt and mash.
5.- Add the very minced onion, the wine and mix it well.
Final preparation
6.- As soon as you have made the mash, pour it over the sausages. I recommend that you use a spoon to distribute it evenly over the entire surface and sprinkle them with a drizzle of oil.
7.- They are now ready to be placed in the oven and roasted for 20 minutes. Finally you turn them over and do them for 15 more minutes, if you see that they have become dry you can add a little more wine or water.
My tips and tricks
- You can leave the garlic whole and the onion can be cut into wedges and you just have to water it with the wine so you don’t need to make the mash.
- Do not use too much pressure when you pierce the sausages as it can break the gut.
- You can accompany them with a yogurt sauce, pink sauce or mayonnaise .
Surprise everyone with these great baked sausages with potatoes
