2.- Now you add the diced butter, the milk and a few drops of essence. Mix everything before beating so that the icing sugar does not make you lose the kitchen, if you have a mixer it is not necessary to follow this point.
3.- You start beating at low speed so that all the ingredients are well integrated and then you put the mixer at high speed until you get a dense cream, with a yellow tone and with the consistency of ice cream.
4.- Now it’s time to give it color. Put a very small amount of coloring and mixes, if you want a stronger tone you can add a little more and continue mixing. This can be repeated until you get the desired color.
5.- Help yourself with a tall glass to fill the sleeve. And finally, you press the frosting to the nozzle so that all the air comes out. And you already have the sleeve ready to decorate your cakes as you like.

You have to remove the butter about two hours before, if you have forgotten you can put it in the microwave for a few seconds.
You have to sift the sugar very well to ensure that no lumps are formed when beating.
Instead of the vanilla essence you can put a teaspoon of soluble coffee or cold coffee.
The amount of icing sugar can vary depending on the temperature. In winter you can use the same amount of sugar as butter but in summer you may have to add a little more so that it does not fall and has consistency, you can also add half a teaspoon of power meringue.
If you want your buttercream to be white, you have to choose a transparent aroma or extract.
Paste or gel colorants will work better than liquids.
