1.- The first thing is to prepare the cauliflower by removing all the green leaves and cutting it into bunches. You wash it well and put it in a fast pot covering it with water and a little salt and cook it for about 6 minutes until it is soft.
2.- While the cauliflower is cooking, you are making the béchamel. The first thing is to put a saucepan over low heat, add the butter and when it is completely melted add the flour and mix it until it is well integrated.
