Because the heat is already tightening and more and more proposals like this one that do not need too much time in the kitchen are appealing, it is a very refreshing pasta recipe and one that you can take as a tupper for the office , the beach, the field or any other site.
This plate reminds me of the days when the family took all the items, the tupper with the potato omelette , the Russian salad and a good potato salad and we went to the mountains to enjoy a good day in the country, it is that we dragged ourselves even with the great-grandmother, the truth that she loved it and she did not miss one of these family picnics.
This is a fresh and exotic pasta salad in which the ingredients are quite adaptable and allows you to put them to your liking. You can make it from tricolor pasta , spirals, potatoes, chickpeas and if you remove the sauce you can use it as a good dish for your diet.

Ingredients:
For the salad:
- 200 gr. pasta for salads
- 2 cans of bonito del norte or tuna in oil
- 1 can of stuffed green olives
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 red onion
- Some cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dill (optional)
- 1 teaspoon thyme (optional)
- Fresh chives for garnish
For the curry mayonnaise:
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 lemon
- Sunflower oil
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper

Curry pasta salad: step by step
- Cook the pasta in a saucepan with boiling water and salt for the time indicated by the manufacturer on the package. Drain it well and water it with a little oil to make it loose.
- Peel and chop the onion and place it in the salad bowl
- Add the split tomatoes, corn, olives, bonito, parsley, dill, and thyme. Mix it all up.
- To make the mayonnaise, put the eggs in the blender glass. Add the salt, a little pepper, the sunflower oil, the lemon juice, a splash of vinegar and the curry. Beat everything until emulsified.
- Dress all the ingredients that you have in the salad bowl with a little mayonnaise and stir them.
- And finally add the chopped fresh chives and to the refrigerator until you are going to serve it.
