Easy and fluffy cake without oven In a pan! easy recipe where there are to make a delicious sweet. To prepare it you do not need a conventional oven or microwave, with a simple frying pan you can get a sponge cake or cake high, juicy and very fluffy and for much less money. So don’t tell me you don’t like the idea ???
Since I can remember, I have always seen the cakes made in the oven, I would never have imagined being able to cook them in a pan. Some time ago I published homemade bread made in a pan and the truth is that the result was spectacular and later another lasagna in a pan and so I’m going to tell you how it turned out. So the other day I said to myself, what if I make a homemade cake ? And said and done, I did not think twice and here I am involved with this marvel.
So if you want to make this cake but you don’t have an oven, I recommend that you keep this recipe safe because I’m sure that as soon as you try it, you won’t stop doing it.
2 natural yogurts, if they are Greek better
125 ml sunflower oil
300 grams of sugar
250 gr of wheat flour
A few drops of vanilla essence
1 sachet or 15 gr of Royal type chemical yeast
a pinch of salt
If you don’t have a frying pan and want to change it, for example, the last ones I buy are Tefal pans and I’m very happy with them.
Easy and fluffy cake without oven In a pan !: step by step
1.- First you have to separate the whites from the yolks and put each thing in different containers.
2.- Next you have to make the meringue. Put a little salt in the bowl where you have the egg whites and you start to beat and when you take about 2 minutes and you see that it is taking consistency, you add sugar little by little (as much as it admits) and continue beating at maximum power. You will be able to verify that it has reached the perfect snow point if you tip the container and the meringue does not fall.
3.- Now you pour the rest of the sugar on top of the yolks and a few drops of vanilla essence and beat. You have to mount them to oxygenate them and the cake rises. You have to get a creamy consistency.
4.- As soon as they are ready, you add them to the container where the meringue is and mix with enveloping movements from the bottom up, this is very important that you do it as I tell you, because otherwise it will lose air and it will spoil the cake. If you want you can watch the video to see how I do it.
5.- When you have it a bit mixed, add the yogurts and oil and repeat again, from bottom to top with enveloping movements.
6.- Next, mix the flour and yeast. You gradually add the sifted flour to the previous mixture and keep stirring.
7.- Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan and spread it well on all sides (I recommend a pan with a diameter of 26 to 28 cm and with high edges). You have to heat it for about 4 minutes.
8.- Next, you introduce the dough without exceeding half the height of the pan. Spread well over the entire surface ensuring that it is as smooth as possible. Cover and cook for about 35 minutes over low heat. Do not uncover it so it does not lose heat.
9.- After 35 minutes, you uncover it and with a toothpick or a skewer stick you prick it and if it comes out clean it is ready and if not you can cook it a little more. Finally you let it rest until it is cold.
