So here I bring you a small selection of recipes for the best salads in the world, I’m going to teach you how to make caprese salad, Caesar salad and Greek salad . Caprese salad
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 150 gr. by Mozzarella
- Some fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- Black peppercorns

Step by Step:
- Wash and cut the tomatoes into medium slices and reserves.
- Slice the mozzarella cheese the same as the tomato. Reservation.

Caesar salad
Ingredients for the salad:
- Assorted lettuces
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 2 chicken breasts
- 100 gr. of bread from the day before
Ingredients for the Caesar sauce:
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 50 ml. milk
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 8 anchovies
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 gr. parmesan cheese
Step by Step:
- Prepare the sauce: chop the garlic clove and the anchovies, mix everything in a mortar. Place it in a blender glass together with all the ingredients of the sauce and beat it until you get a homogeneous paste, if you do not have how to beat it, here we compare the best blenders.
- Wash, dry and season the chicken and grill it for a few minutes on each side. When it is golden brown, remove it from the heat and reserve it.
- Pour a little more oil in the same pan that you made the chicken and fry the bread cut into small cubes. Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate with absorbent paper.
- Wash the tomato and slice it, peel the cucumber and also cut it into small slices.
- In a salad bowl you put a few teaspoons of sauce, place the cucumber and on top you put the split lettuce, the chicken cut into strips and the bread squares.

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 150 gr. feta cheese
- black olives
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Oregano
- Black pepper
- Salt
Step by Step:
- Wash the tomatoes, bell pepper, and cucumber. Peel the onion.
- Dice the tomatoes, the onion into thin slices, the cucumber into slices and the pepper into strips.
- Put everything in a salad bowl and stir it well. Add the salt and ground pepper to taste along with a good drizzle of olive oil and mix it again.
- Then add a good handful of olives along with the diced feta cheese.
- Finally sprinkle the salad with a little oregano.
And you already have another fresh salad ready. It is a perfect dish as a starter but if you add some sardines, anchovies or tuna it can become a good unique dish.
A small tip, for everything (although they call it a salad spinner) you can use one of these utensils to dry everything well after washing it and keep it fresh.
