How to make cream cheese:
Ingredients:
- 500 gr. unsweetened plain yogurt
- A level teaspoon of salt
Step by Step:
- You need a bowl, a strainer, gauze, or a clean cotton cloth.
- Put the yogurt with the cloth in the strainer, and the strainer on top of the bowl. Add the salt and cover.
- Let it rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours to release the serum.
- After that time you take it out of the fridge and drain the cheesecloth well to remove the liquid and remove the cheese.
- Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you are going to consume it.
Cream cheese with chives:
- Cut the onion and chives and put them in the blender glass. Add the cream cheese and beat until creamy.
- If you see that it is very dense you can add a little milk and stir until it gives the desired texture.
- Store in a closed container in the fridge until you want to use it.
Ingredients:
- 200 gr. cream cheese
- 1/2 onion
- 3 stalks of chives

Ingredients:
- 250 gr. cream cheese
- 200 gr. of tomatoes
- 1/2 cup basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Step by Step:
- Take the cream cheese out of the fridge to make it soft.
- Wash and dice the tomatoes.
- Put the cheese, tomatoes, basil and oil in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste and mix it.
- Let it rest for half an hour and that’s it.
Cream cheese with candied fruit:
Ingredients:
- 200 gr. cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1 cup of very chopped candied fruit (orange, cherries, pears, plums, etc.)
- 1/2 cup of very chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, pine nuts, etc.)
- Nutmeg to taste
- 1 pinch of ground cloves
Step by Step:
