- 160 gr dehydrated coconut

How to make coconut balls or truffles: step by step
1.- You start by putting 120 gr of coconut in a bowl with the condensed milk and with the help of a kitchen spatula, mix until you get a semi-soft dough.
2- Then cover the container with a transparent film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. After the half, you take it out of the refrigerator and start making the truffles.
3.- Now you take small portions of the dough with a spoon, you shape it into balls and coat them with the rest of the coconut.
4.- Finally, you put each one in a lace, place them on a tray and keep them in a cool place until it is time to consume them.
