- When the butter is liquid, pour it on top of the flour and add a little salt. You are pouring the milk little by little and gathering the ingredients with your hands until you get a dough. As soon as it begins to form, you move it to the counter and continue working until you get a smooth dough.
- To make it easier for you, divide it in half and knead for 5 minutes. Wrap each portion in cling film and let it rest for a quarter of an hour.
Final preparation
After 15 minutes, unwrap and divide again in two. Flour the countertop and the rolling pin, stretching each portion to a thickness of 2 millimeters.
Take a mold as a template and cut the wafers the size you are going to make the dumplings. Remove the mold and the excess dough carefully so as not to warp or break them.
