Which are the ingredients?

  • 1 Kiwi.
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach.
  • The juice of 1 orange.
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, approx. 180 grams (optional).
  • ¼ cup of water, approx. 62 milliliters.
  • ½ cup of ice.

Juice Preparation

  1. Wash and peel the kiwi, then cut it into squares.
  2. Wash the spinach with plenty of water and add the orange juice.
  3. Cut the melon into pieces to complete a cup.
  4. Once the kiwi, spinach and melon are cut, incorporate all the ingredients in the blender, add the ice and water.
  5. Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, if you consider that it is too thick add a little more water.
  6. Finally, serve and enjoy this great kiwi and spinach nutritional and protein shake.

This kiwi and spinach smoothie can be made for breakfast or also as a healthy snack that allows us to satisfy hunger and anxiety between meals, since due to the protein contribution generated by spinach and the properties of kiwi, they can respond to the nutritional requirements of our body.
