Lemon is one of those wonderful fruits that nature gives us and that are always present in the typical natural remedies, or solutions to carry out a very good domestic cleaning. However, the star citrus fruit is more than that and from it you can make desserts to die for.

Now, if you’re not a pastry expert, but you want to have a safe wildcard to make at home and not have to spend, here we leave you the best lemon dessert that can be in the world and that needs very little to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 375 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 100 grams of sugar or any natural sweetener you have at your disposal
  • 2 or 4 good sized lemons

Preparation of the lemon mousse

  1. The preparation is more than simple and the first and almost only step you have to take is to put the evaporated milk in a bowl and beat it very well to whip it until it becomes a cream. It is important that it is well chilled.
  2. Once it starts to thicken you must add the rest of the ingredients and continue beating so that everything is well assembled and the chosen sweetener is completely dissolved.
  3. Pour into mousse cups or a suitable container and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours or until set and firm.
  4. To give more flavor to this super dessert you can sprinkle lemon zest, add a little cream or any other topping you like.
