How to make Mango, Papaya, Kiwi and Almond Smoothie Bowl
What ingredients should we use?
- 2 handles.
- 1 Papaya.
- 1 Glass of Mango Juice.
- 1 Kiwi.
- 1 handful of sliced or chopped almonds.
Procedure to prepare the Smoothie Bowl
- Wash and peel the mangoes, remove the bone and then, allocate and chop one of them to blend in the blender and chop the other into medium squares or dices for the final recipe.
- Wash and peel the papaya, chop in half and remove the seeds, allocate one of the halves to be crushed in the blender and chop the other half into medium or diced squares for the final recipe.
- Wash and slice the kiwis, reserve for the final recipe.
- Put the chopped mango and papaya with the mango juice in the blender and blend until obtaining a homogeneous mixture with the consistency of a puree.
- Serve the mango and papaya puree in deep plates or bowls and place on top the papaya and mango squares obtained in steps 1 and 2, decoratively add the sliced kiwis and the sliced or chopped almonds.
- You can add other fruits such as strawberries (optional) and other toppings of your choice.
