For me it is one of the tastiest that I have eaten and since it is very easy to prepare I do it many times because at home they ask me constantly and what better than to keep the family happy.
The minced meat lasagna with vegetables is a classic of Italian cuisine that has crossed borders and today we can find it in any corner of the world. It is ideal to carry in the container at work or school and without a doubt to succeed among the little ones in the house.

Ingredients:
- 500 gr of minced meat
- 300 ml tomato sauce
- 300 gr of grated cheese
- 300 ml of cream for cooking
- 20 sheets of pre-cooked lasagna
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1 carrot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
Meat lasagna recipe step by step
The first thing is to chop the onion, garlic, carrot and pepper very finely and then put them to poach in a frying pan with a little oil. Now pour the tomato sauce and if you want you can put a glass of white wine (optional), season and let it reduce for 5 minutes.
Next, you add the minced meat to the sauce and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Arrange a cookie sheet. Put a thin layer of cream on the bottom, cover with sheets of lasagna and with the mixture of meat and tomato sauce.
On top of the meat you put another layer of lasagna sheets, cover with cream and grated cheese.
Final preparation
Add another layer of slices and meat. Sprinkle with heavy cream and spread grated cheese, spread another layer of lasagna sheets and sprinkle the meat sauce on top. Finish with a layer of heavy cream and plenty of cheese.
Finally, with the oven preheated to 180ºC, bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and golden.

- The last layer must always be cheese, as it will help you verify when the lasagna is ready.
- Serve it hot to get all the flavor out of it.
- As it is a unique dish, you can accompany it with a good salad.
