With the recipe that we bring you today, you will learn how to make a cheesecake in the microwave , in an easy, fast and economical way.

Ingredients to make cheesecake:
- 4 Eggs
- 250 ml of milk
- 275 gr of Condensed Milk
- 200 ml of cream for pastries (35% fat)
- 500 gr of Fresh Goat Cheese (you can use cow, sheep or a mixture of milk)
- Cinnamon to sprinkle
How to make Quesada in Microwave, step by step:
- Add the eggs, the chopped fresh cheese and the rest of the ingredients to a bowl.
- Blend all the ingredients with an arm mixer or in an American glass, until obtaining a smooth, fine and slightly foamy mixture.
- We pour everything directly into a glass mold without greasing or anything. That easy.
- We put in the microwave and cook at maximum power for 15 minutes.
- We remove from the microwave and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
- We put in the microwave again, for 12 to 15 minutes, depending on how powerful your microwave is. When you take it out for the last time, there should be no liquid or whey from the cheese in the pan. The quesada must tremble in the center like a pudding or a flan, when it cools it will finish curdling.
- It should be refrigerated in the fridge for at least 4 hours to finish setting.
