I know, you are very caught up in time but this dish is very simple to prepare, the ingredients can be bought anywhere and in less than half an hour you have it done.

  • 2 round sheets of fresh puff pastry

Recipe steps

Cut out the hole with the cutter over the marks you made earlier. Do not throw away the excess dough because you can use it for other dishes. If you are doing it separately you have to repeat these steps with the other sheet.

Paint the plate that you are going to put on top with beaten egg and decorate it with the candied fruit.

Put a few tablespoons of sugar and a little water in a bowl, without overdoing it, so that it has an earthy texture. Put it on all the roscón to pegotitos.

Place each sheet on different trays and put them in the oven (with heat up and down) placing the decoration on top and leaving a little space between each one.
Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
