- 300 gr of sliced smoked salmon
- 5 large or 10 small crab sticks
- 5 lettuce leaves
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 bowl of mayonnaise

How to make salmon cake with sliced bread: step by step
The first thing is to line the mold with kitchen film, leaving excess on the sides for when you are going to close it. Then you put the salmon slices on the film. I recommend that you use the ones that have the best presentation.
Once you have the mold well lined with the salmon slices, put a little mayonnaise on the bottom and a layer of bread slices. You have to mold them well so that there is no gap and press them a little to adhere.
Now you chop your leftover salmon, lettuce, crab sticks and boiled eggs very tiny. You put everything in a bowl , add the mayonnaise and stir it very well.
