Sausage, tomato and cheese puff pastries: step by step
The first thing is to cut the sausages in half.
Next, cut the puff pastry into strips a little narrower than the sausages, as I indicate in the photos.
Now put a little tomato sauce with a spoon and spread it over the strips leaving about a centimeter at the end of each one to close them. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Final preparation of the sausage, tomato and cheese puff pastry
After spreading the tomato, you wrap the sausages with the puff pastry, brushing the closure with beaten egg so that it does not open.
You place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and as soon as you have all done, bathe them with beaten egg and put a little sesame on top of each one.
Finally, you cook them in the oven at 180ºC for about 20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
