This seafood cocktail with pink sauce is not heavy at all, it is served cold and is very popular with everyone. Ingredients:
- 12 prawns
- 6 crab sticks
- Lettuce
- Pink sauce
Step recipe:
Peel the prawns leaving 4 tailed to decorate. If you use fresh prawns, you can cook them in salted water for about 1 minute or 1 minute and a half until they change color and then you take them out.
Cut the crab sticks into slices, making sure they do not break, and the prawns removing the part from the beginning. Reservation.
Wash the lettuce, cut it in half lengthwise and julienne it.
In the container that you are going to serve it, put a base of lettuce, on top of another one of crab sticks, cover with pink sauce or mayonnaise , place another one with prawns and finally water it with a little more sauce.
And finally, you have to decorate it. Place a couple of tailed prawns on the rim of the glass, half an orange slice and another half of a lime on the opposite side from the prawns.
