Ingredients for the sirloin and brie cheese montaditos
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 loaf of bread
- 2 Italian green peppers
- 250 gr of brie cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Sirloin and brie cheese montaditos: step by step
You start by cleaning and splitting the peppers. Then you put them in a pan with a little oil and salt to fry them over low heat. As soon as they are soft, you remove them and reserve them on a plate with absorbent paper.
While the peppers are cooking, clean and cut the sirloin into medallions about a finger thick. You also cut the bread into slightly skewed slices.
After removing the peppers, you make the seasoned sirloins in the same skillet.
You also have to cut the cheese a little shorter than the sirloin medallions.
Now you put the slices of bread on a baking tray, put the peppers on top, then the medallions and finally the cheese. Finally the gratins in the oven.
My tips and tricks for some print sirloin and brie cheese sandwiches
- If you don’t have green peppers, you can put piquillo peppers from the pot.
- Leave the sirloin just right, because if you do it a lot it loses its juices and dries up.
