1 can of crushed tomato
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of sugar
Tomato sauce in 10 minutes: step by step
Put the split onion, garlic, tomato, salt, sugar in a blender and blend until a homogeneous mixture is left. You can also do it with an arm mixer.
Put the sauce in a saucepan or in a frying pan with a drizzle of oil and stir it well.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. If you see that it is bubbling a lot, you can lower the heat so it does not burn.

You can add other vegetables if you want to give it more flavor.
