Very easy apple pie video recipe
200 gr of flour
1 teaspoon of yeast (about 8 gr)
100 grams of sugar
180 ml milk
Very easy apple pie: step by step
1.- The first thing is to preheat the oven to 180ºC with heat up and down.
2.- Peel, core and cut 2 apples into small cubes. Next, put the eggs, sugar, milk, sliced apples and flour with the yeast and mash until a homogeneous dough is left without lumps.
3.- Now you peel the two apples that you have reserved and cut them into slices. Do not split them before so they do not rust and turn black.
4.- You line the base of a 22 cm mold with baking paper, spread a little butter on the sides and sprinkle flour, pour the mixture into the mold and put the apple slices covering the entire surface.
5.- Put it in the oven as soon as it is hot and cook it for about 60 minutes until it is well cooked.
6.- After the hour you take out the cake, check with a toothpick that it is well done and let it temper.
7.- Finally and as soon as it is warm, unmold it and spread the jam to give it shine.
My tips and tricks a very easy apple pie
You can heat the jam in the microwave to better spread it on the cake.
I have made it with a glass blender but you can also prepare it with an arm mixer.
You can eat it both warm and cold, it will be just as tasty.
If you want it juicier you can add more apples to the dough.
