Strawberries are a fruit that is consumed very regularly, especially in times like spring and summer. They have an excellent flavor and are refreshing, but they also have many benefits for our organism.

When should strawberries not be eaten?

  • People suffering from diabetes or irritable colon.
  • In case you have any allergy related to the consumption of strawberries or red fruits.
  • People with renal insufficiency.

Except for these cases, the rest of the people can consume strawberries regularly and thus take advantage of all the benefits they can have for their health.
