The property has about 7,000 square meters, but the mansion is less than 1,000, specifically 975. It is located in a neighborhood bordering New Jersey and Pennsylvania, in an area with abundant vegetation. The exteriors are not particularly attractive, as the only noteworthy thing is that the NBA star placed a basketball hoop at the end of the driveway: something normal for a professional basketball player.
The façade is classic in style and has no remarkable details. The exterior walls are all painted in a pure white that looks very nice in summer, when the sun shines the most.
