This hand towel for the bag or for when we We’re going on a trip. It’s so cool that today we show you how to do it, apart from the fact that my daughters asked me to do it when they went to school; Why has not gone to the toilet and when washing their hands they found that there was no hand drying paper? Well, with this towel for the bag we have everything solved since it is very easy to do, original, very practical and it is quite cheap. We have almost all the materials that we need at home, but if not, we will not have any difficulty in finding them in any fabric or scrap store by weight (these are much cheaper and we will have to make several and thus give them away), too. You can personalize them by putting the name of the person you are going to give it to in patchwork or embroidering their initial in cross stitch.

Materials for the hand or travel towel:
- Piece or scrap of cloth (it is worth the one we have at home and thus we do not spend little money).
- Piece or scrap of terry cloth or towel.
- Buttons (the ones we like the most or have at home).
- Cotton cord that matches the chosen fabric (optional).
- A bias strip of the measure that we are going to make the towel.
- And the rest of accessories: thread, needles, thimble, pins, scissors, etc.
Starting our hand towel :
We already have the terry cloth or towel cut to the size that we want and we are basting the fabric (it has some small strawberries) that we have cut.
We machine sew the fabric to the plush (this is the first time that I sew by machine ), if the seams are a bit disastrous I ask you to excuse me.
We place the fabric on the plush and then we are basting with pins, in the next photo we see how it is basting on the bias that matches the drawings of strawberries on the fabric.

We can also appreciate how the towel has been left with the bias pinned on one side and basting on the other.
We begin to make the loops To be able to close our towel for the bag or for travel, as you can see, I have already taken the necessary measure with the buttons to make them, we will make several turns of thread, these will be our base for the loops and finally we make knots throughout the previous thread and… loops finished!
I show you the two versions of towels that I have made, one with a flower fabric that covers the entire plush (I will not give you the step by step because it is easier to do) and the other with the finished strawberry fabric.
