From today, it is available for all users who have an invitation from EA to try the new and expected Sims 5. For all fans of these video games, one of the most anticipated moments arrives the new Sims 5. All fans have been waiting for years for this latest installment. It is speculated it will finally be presented in 2023 and 2024. This time one of the challenges is to decorate the apartments.
Although the game’s release date is still pure speculation, we are already aware that the game is a reality, thanks to the first test phase released to players. Many have started receiving emails from EA informing them they have access from October 25 to test the game. We must not forget that this is one of the most famous and best-selling game franchises. The first test phase of Sims 5 is out now
Recently, players were able to get a first glimpse of what is going to be the final game through the trailer offered by Behind The Sims Summit. In it, we can see that apartment decoration is one of the themes. The game developers have considered this issue to improve the gaming experience optimally. Only now, the apartments and their corresponding decoration have been quite strong.
Since the arrival of Sims 2 and 3, the apartments have needed to be developed more. The community of players of this franchise agrees that the decoration and development of the flats could have been more complete compared to the houses. And it is precisely one of the aspects that should be improved for the next release.
The game has been named Project Rene by its creators. For now, both the first trailer and the demo focus on building and decorating apartments. Sims Community states through a press release that this playtest will mainly focus on a new object customization tool called Workshop.
The game will not solely focus on apartments but will encompass a world full of possibilities (something that has been improving since Sims 4). Fans are waiting anxiously for remarkable improvements in this sense.
For now, it has yet to be known how many players will be able to access the game test. Each official guest will, in turn, be able to invite three other players on their own. So far, it should note that the option to have apartments will be through expansions. In Sims 2 and 4, multiple options related to apartments are available if we purchase the expansion: property owners, rentals, as well as the opportunity for several household units to live together in the same apartment block.
