Being German, ALDI offers a wide variety of products of German origin in its stores in the United States. But, it can be a little overwhelming to find amazing products among so many options, which already so freaking good.
So, here I am once again to save you from walking thousands of miles in the aisles, while elucidating where is that magical mystery product you should throw into your shopping cart.
ALDI keeps you warm this fall
ALDI offers a whole different world, compared to Costco or Trader Joe’s, and that’s why you need private investigators like me, to help you find all these great items that will only find in ALDI.
Deutsche Küche Spritz Cookies
Being german, ALDI offers in America incredible German products, like the Deutsche Küche Spritz Cookies, which come in three soft and sofisticated flavors, coconut, almond and vanilla. And I should warn you that you better purchase one box of each to discover one of the best cookies brand in the universal universe. According to ALDI Things, you can get a box for only $2.99.
Bake Shop Pumpkin Sandwich Cookies
During all the non-autumn months, I miss the flavors of autumn, that’s why I wait impatiently every year for the autumn to arrive! (Have I already said that I reeeaaaally love autumn?).
The Bake Shop Pumpkin Sandwich Cookies are all I need to match a spicy hot chocolate on a cold October afternoon, while reading my Game of Thrones book. The box of 12 sandwich cookies costs $4.79. But they will not be enough if there is more than one person in your house. So, it is best to buy two or three packs.
Simply Nature Organic Maple Butter
In September, a product that meets all the characteristics of autumn in North America reappeared on the shelves of ALDI: it is spreadable, tastes like maple syrup and it’s sweet. What else does an intellectual like you need to be happy?
Just to clarify, this product does not contain butter or margarine: it is 100% organic maple syrup, with USDA certification, and it is totally vegan. Spread it on top of a toast and be happy.
Friendly Farms Pumpkin Spice Whipped Topping
In September, one of my favorite products made its triumphant return that saved me from having to make a whipped cream from scratch, making me a hero at Thanksgiving dinner.
This is the Pumpkin Spice Whipped Topping from the Friendly Farms brand. It can also be found in vanilla maple flavor. Turn any ordinary dessert into a spectacular one, and make everybody ask you how did you do that amazing whipping cream (and you could answer: “It’s a secret, aunt Rachel”). I have also tried it in some autumn Saturday brunch on top of pancakes, with a little of that maple butter that I just mentioned.
Breakfast Best Pumpkin Spice Waffles
The autumn doesn’t exist without pumpkin, and this have been stated very clear by now. So, if you wanna start your day with our beloved winter squash, try these pumpkin spice waffles, brought by Breakfast Best.
You can get a box of 10 waffles (12,3 oz, or 350 grams) for $2.49. Crown your beautiful waffle tower with maple syrup and butter and everything will be alright. At least, you will have enough calories to survive the fall and winter colds.
