Nike returns to the battle with a new model, with which the company wants to jump into the field with fierceness. The latest bet of the Whoosh brand is colorful and vibrant and, for me, it is already destined to skyrocket in price on auction sites. New Balance does not want to be left behind and presents a new and fresh look of its Fresh Foam, bombastic and flaming. But let’s talk about each one in detail.
Nike and New Balance Are All in With These Launches
First let’s talk about the new Nike that were launched in February on the market and were created in collaboration with Undefeated, the all-original authentic sneaker store and apparel brand offering top-notch sneakers and some other intrepid shoes. The new sneakers are the Undefeated x Nike Air Force 1 Low ‘Wild Berry’, which are a super-duper limited edition, available while supplies last. Consumers can purchase these shoes on the Nike SNKRS website for $160.
You’ll see the Whoosh on the side, transparent, over an audacious combination of colors: purple and green in the front, some kind of darkish turquoise covering the instep, light blue on the side and a wack salmon pink (nearly neon) in the back. The tongue comes in a vibrant orange, close to mustard, that closes the chromatic circle.
No, let’s move to the New Balance factory to check out the new, amazing New Balance Fresh Foam BB sneakers, that made news headlines when Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine debuted one of these pairs last month in Paris. The unified sole in an electric blue color make it clear that these shoes are not for any occasion: they are to charge you with power in a match, running, jogging, or for high-energy activities such as CrossFit or gym.
A band that degrades from red to black separates the blue sole from the matte black body of the shoe. On the side, the New Balance Big N logo is embedded in phosphorescent green. Save Some Money: More Sneakers on the Way
On the way to the stores are more sneakers releases by the major brands. For example, Adidas is not loosing a minute and is already distributing their just-launched Pharrell x adidas Hu NMD S1 RYAT “Olive”, designed teaming with world-famous, multi-awarded producer and musician Pharrell Williams. First, will be available in the EU sites of Adidas and selected stores. They’ll hit US stores soon.
Not to be left behind in the race, Adidas presents its Jeremy Scott x adidas Campus 80 Bones “Black”, with a weird and crazy hairy tongue and three bone-shaped ornaments that intertwine with the laces. They are strange, but I like the insightful bet.
