My family and I absolutely love going out to eat Asian cuisine. There’s something about the bold flavors, exotic spices, and unique textures that we just can’t get enough of. Whether it’s sushi, stir-fry, or ramen, we’re always on the lookout for new and exciting Asian dishes to try. Of course, going out to eat can get pricey and sometimes we just want to stay in the comfort of our own home. That’s where Fusia Asian Inspirations from Aldi comes in.

We discovered these frozen meals a few months ago in a little space in one freezer at our local Aldi, and they’ve become a staple in our household. Whenever we’re in the mood for some delicious Asian food but don’t want to leave the house, we just pop one of these meals in the microwave and voilà: restaurant-quality cuisine in minutes.

This Asian Dish From Aldi Is the Ultimate Time-Saving Dinner Hack

Aldi features the Fusia Asian Inspirations meals are the Chicken Fried Rice and the Chicken Lo Mein. The chicken in both dishes is juicy and tender, and the vegetables are perfectly cooked and seasoned. The fried rice has just the right amount of soy sauce, and the lo mein noodles are al dente and flavorful. We love that these meals are convenient, affordable, and taste just as good as something you’d get at a restaurant.

These dishes are pretty easy to prepared and will be ready in a matter of minutes. The pack recommends two ways. To heat it in a skillet, take out the sauce packet and let it thaw under running water. Open the packet and pour the sauce into a nonstick skillet. Heat it up and then toss in the rest of the package. Stir everything together until the rice, veggies, and chicken are coated in the sauce. Cover it up and let it cook on medium-high heat for about 8-10 minutes, stirring every now and then. And remember, it’s best to serve it up as soon as it’s ready! This kind of Asian food must be eaten burning hot, it’s one of the secrets.

You Can Prepare It Also in the Microwave

If you’re gonna use the microwave, start by removing the sauce packet and thawing it under running water. Pour everything else in the package into a microwave-safe dish, then open up the thawed sauce packet and pour it over everything else. Cover it up and pop it into the microwave on high power for 5 minutes. Take it out, give it a good stir, then cover it up and microwave it for another 4-5 minutes. And again, serve it up right away for the best taste!

You can also take a look at the Aldi’s frozen food area and check for the Fusia veggie spring rolls. These are pretty good, they get nice and crispy in the oven. Might be a little high in sodium, but I know you can control yourself to have then responsibly, right?
