Another established rule is that you must turn 24 years old before September 1st, 2023. It is also required to have been a participant in the DCFS youth program in Los Angeles County after turning 18 years old and have incomes below 100% or 120% of families consisting of at least two people.
Additionally, you must have experienced certain economic hardships due to the Covid-19 pandemic and not be a participant in any other guaranteed income program.
