Do not forget that they are a very important part of your body, to take care of your face and body every fortnight you do some excellent beauty rituals, with your feet it is recommended that you do the same throughout the year to have them perfect and you can show them off the good weather arrives.
You want to know how to have beautiful feet for the summer and be able to put on those flip flops and sandals that you have been waiting for so long to wear. You want to have feet in perfect condition with impeccable and well painted nails, with smooth skin without calluses or cracks in the heels.

1- Exfoliate your feet
As I have explained in other beauty posts, exfoliation is an important step for you to look healthy and shiny skin, my recommendation is that you do it once a week or every fortnight.
2 tablespoons of sea salt or sugar.
3 tablespoons of olive or almond oil.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
In a bowl, mix the salt, oil and lemon juice well, then massage the entire foot with circular and upward movements, then rinse them with warm water and dry very well, especially between the toes.
2- Moisturize your feet every day
You have to apply a moisturizing foot cream every night, before going to bed, I give myself a small massage every night with almond oil enriched with the wonderful Calendula oil that I make, which comes in handy for dry heel skin. Remember, if you are on the beach sunbathing, you also have to put sunscreen on your feet.
3- Perfect nails
The toenails must be well cut, do not wear them too long, it may cause injuries if you wear closed-toed shoes. Cut the nails in a square shape with small scissors or tweezers, finish filing them and that way they will not become ingrown. And finally, paint your nails with a good lacquer of the color that you like the most and free of aggressive substances.
4- Choose your footwear well
Remember when you are in the pool to put on your flip-flops to avoid the spread of fungi. When you go to buy footwear for this summer, the shoes you choose have to be comfortable, spacious, breathable and that they do not cause you chafing with their dreaded blisters.
