Summer is coming! We cannot neglect one of the dangers of this time of year: sunbathing. We must take care of the skin since it is the true shield of our body against the Astro Rey. We must be very careful with this issue as it can lead to very serious problems for our health such as the usual burns, Keratosis (scaly lesion) or skin cancer.
Today we want to leave you a series of recommendations and tips so that you can enjoy the sun without affecting our body and health. They are all easy to follow and take into account and are key to reducing the risks of sun exposure.

Do not reuse sun creams from previous years because they have surely lost their effectiveness and properties such as filters or protection factor.
