I know it’s still October, and we haven’t even spent Halloween or Thanksgiving, but it happens that Christmas makes me very happy. This year, in particular, I’m going to have dinner at my grandmother’s house, so I can’t wait anymore! Given my little patience, I usually start decorating much earlier that, like, the rest of the planet, and, moving my times (thank God!), IKEA has already presented its new collection of items and ornaments for Christmas 2022. Oh dear, I already know which ones I will purchase this year!
We warmly welcome you to the VINTERFINT collection, which is presented a few weeks before Christmas, and brings everything we need to cook, eat, decorate, wrap gifts and make a wonderful festive season. Of course, it brings that characteristic IKEA design that gives me so much peace of mind. Inspired by the Swedish countryside, with its reddish huts and traditional folk art, the VINTERFINT collection is full of Christmas joy.

Not only is it adorable, but it’s also affordable. With lots of cozy gadgets, practical Christmas-based items such as wrapping paper and ribbons, and a wide range of products that already smell like Christmas dinner and presents opening the next day, IKEA leads you though this lovely season.
In the UK they are already on sale on their website, and possibly they will reach the IKEA websites around the world shortly (they’re already available in several ones). From £1 you can buy: 3 meters of wrapping paper, a box of 50 stickers, a pack of 50 red napkins, an aromatic candle or 24 gift tags.
But, there are also some other items, such as a decoration sets with four beautiful pieces that are already on the way home (I couldn’t wait, sorry not sorryt): it has a small door, a little Christmas tree, a small bench and miniature mailbox for a tiny Santa Claus to collect the letter with the gifts you expect this year.
In the center of my table will be one of these baskets with a potpourri, giving off smells of orange and cloves, made with flowers of Indian production.
It’s hard to decide on just a few of the 209 items listed in the VINTERFINT collection (between those from 2022 and those from previous years), but I have a door mat decorated as a gift with a red bow on my door. In the UK it’s only worth £8!
