I’m not a big fan of puzzles, but my two nephews are. They love to assemble and disassemble them, and assemble them once again… again and again. They just can’t have enough of it! The biggest one I’ve bought them is 1,000 pieces, and it already looked too crazy for me to work on. But that’s nothing compared to what I’m about to tell you.
Costco has for sale, on its website and in stores, one of the most impressive family games you can think of buying: the world’s largest puzzle. Yeah, I’m not exaggerating. It is the largest in the world, with no less than 60,000 pieces!
Costco: Challenge accepted!
This puzzle is so big, it comes in several boxes that have to be loaded between two or more people, and its 60,000 pieces are going to take over your house’s living room. Maybe, you’re going to have to park your car outside because the garage is going to be totally unusable for a couple of weeks (or months, depending on your commitment to the project). Come on, Costco, what are you thinking about? My nephews area gonna drive me crazy!
The dimensions are even more impressive: it it 8 feet (2.44 meters) tall by 29 feet (8.84 m) long, and is a composite of 187 Paintings by Dowdle that complete the masterpiece called “What a Wonderful World”. It is recommended for ages 13 and up, but I am sure that even the little ones will enjoy it.
“What a Wonderful World” is made of premium blue chipboard and expertly designed to fit perfectly, without errors or problems. Each box contains 60 puzzles in individual bags, 60 large puzzle reference posters and a master map showing the location of each puzzle.
