The fact that wood is an inert material means that, when it comes into contact with other substances or surfaces, it does not react and therefore does not contaminate the food you are cooking with harmful substances. In addition, wooden utensils do not transfer flavors as would be the case if they were made of metal (they tend to transmit a somewhat metallic taste to the food). The fact that wood is inert also means that it is much more hygienic and cleaner than other materials as it does not attract germs or bacteria. and, in addition, it is dishwasher safe.

Kitchenware made of wood is usually very ergonomic and easy to grip thanks to its soft, non-slip handle with a rounded shape that adapts perfectly to the shape of any hand. Also, because it weighs so little, you don’t get tired when holding it for a long period of time.
